Getting Started

We're so glad that you decided to start your fitness journey with us. We know it will be one of the best decisions you've ever made.

So what's next?

Give us a call and let us know you're ready and ask us any questions that you may have. We will set up a class for you to come to and a coach will be there ready to meet you and help you get started. Once you complete your paperwork you can start your first class. We will place you in what we call our 'On-Ramp Program.'  What this means is that every time you come into a class, we will spend extra time with you. Teaching you the movements, helping you scale and modify workouts, helping you choose weights, etc. Our first and foremost concern is your safety and that you are always maintaining proper form. Second, is that you become more fit and healthy. We can’t wait to begin this journey with you!
